New "FallPaint" sneak peaks

I never think to post what I'm working on commercially here. Just occured to me when I saw my friend Valerie's blog where she posts each item as it becomes available that I should do the same. I just finished "FallPaint", a Mini Collection (6 papers, 1 sheet of alphas and 1 sheet of embellishments), which will be coming out next week at scrapgirls.com. It's a very painty/messy/colorful Fall-inspired little gem. Was fun to make and use as the weather is just starting to chill and my kids are changing their "what I want to be for Halloween is..." speech every day.

Steph and Gator

Again, how cute is he? LOL, OK, puppies=just like babies. Cry at night, poop at night, want to be held...It's OK, we knew this, and he is adjusting so well. Weird how "nighttime duty" ends up being mine for some reason, just like with a baby. Who fell asleep on the floor with her hand through a sleeping crate petting the top of his soft, little head until he fell asleep? Me. (Midnight) Who got up at 5:30 to take him out? Me. Who cleaned up his 'little surprise' (which is surprisingly not-so-little) off the bathroom floor, left while I showered ? LOL, me. Pinch me, I must be dreaming.

My Pal Steph! Love her to pieces. We work together which is so cool! Makes getting through the day a little easier, which is what good friends do. Love you, S!

Meet Gator

We are getting a PUPPY!! One of these lil' guys will be ours on Saturday. Can't wait, names are flying but the leading one in the race right now is "Gator" (as in "gatorade" - the drink that gets our kids through so many games.) A blonde Golden Retriever baby boy! So excited!
