9: I figured out the whole pic thing. And yes, it was a faulty install. DH wiped my 'puter clean and I started over (with 3 kids secretly getting on my PC to chat, it was bound to have problems eventually...) and now it all works. I'm sure you're all thrilled. I wish there was a button for sarcasm that made it instantly apparent to the slow ones out there.
