Look Book Challenge 4

For the Look book challenge #4: Journal sideways. I agree with Maria, journaling sideways is a fun, surprising twist - something I arrived at quite by accident and like to put into use every once in awhile.

For those of you commenting on my last post, I want to say how touched I am at your well wishes. Yes, I am facing something that has been a problem for months now, Yes, I will need surgery, yes, it is almost certainly benign. When faced with that dare, on that day, that was the first question that came to mind, outloud, in my head, that I was afraid to ask (just like the challenge, well, challenged me to do.) I won't know anything more for a couple weeks, but your good vibes are certainly more than welcome and SO appreciated!

Dare No. 59

For the Effer Dare No. 59: mixing black & white and color photos. Sort of a little cheat as I did this layout last night before I saw the challenge. But since I regularly mix B & W and color pics in the same layout, it wasn't surprising this layout already incorporated this technique. Also used a pretty amazing action from Shalae Tippets at scrapgirls.com that automatically adds stitching around ANY object. I've been doing this in PS for awhile, but never has it been so EASY. Play the action and you're done. Who doesn't like easy?
This LO is about Shade's vball tourney last weekend. They played for 3 straight days and came in 3rd out of 28 teams! Just rocked the weekend as the teams they played were really good.
Enjoy your 'fin de semana' everyone! (Can you tell I am taking Spanish classes?)
