A little bit of this and a little bit of that rounded out 2015. I love the growth and exploration the year brought me and am eager to see what unfolds in my art work for 2016. I hope you'll follow along on the journey and pick up a pen and paper (or paints or ??) and try it yourself. Art really is an amazing therapy for whatever it is that needs it.

Love the latest few pieces! Landscapes, Blooms and even a blanket (for your wall!) They're all available in an assortment of sizes, big and small and on home decor and clothes at FineArtAmerica.com and the last four are even available as originals at DailyPaintworks.com.
I also heard today that Ron Evans, owner of the Radar Station gallery in East Wenatchee is publishing a coffee table book of all the post-it notes (including mine!) in their latest show. How fun!
What's that saying "idle hands are the devil's plaything?" I'm not sure about that but I DO know that if my hands are busy I'm not using them to eat ice cream. Lots of "fauxtanicals" on tap. Fauxtanical being my tongue-in-cheek name for the very imaginative, loose interpretation of something sort of botanical.
I've been a busy girl around here with my colors and paints and papers. What that means is there is lots of new stuff available. I've started selling my originals at DailyPaintworks.com. They offer an online auction so there is a chance at getting handmade fine art at very reasonable prices. And there is always a "Buy it Now" price if you don't want to risk losing it to someone else.
My prints and home decor are available at FineArtAmerica.com and Society6.com. Both sites have different pricing structures (partially out of my control as is the norm for print on demand providers) so please check both locations if you're wanting to find the best price for a particular size or material it's printed on. They both offer framing as well for the prints, as well as canvas, aluminum, fabric, etc, for lots of choices. I have personally purchased my own art and other artists as well from both locations and can attest to the quality. It's wonderful!
For those of you asking recently, all my purchase links can always be found in the upper right corner of this website and blog under the "PURCHASING" drop down. A quick place to go to find all your options.
Had a wonderful comment on some of my recent floral watercolors at FineArtAmerica.com. Was told I had a "beautiful and whimsical style" and I thought "what an awesome thing to hear about myself." Whimsical: playfully quaint or fanciful, especially in an appealing and amusing way. I like that my work makes me smile and I hope it does you too. So, if whimsy it is, I'll take it!
